"These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children.

Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gate."

Deuteronomy 6:6-9

The Part-Time / Home School* Student Program

* "part-time" and "home school" are interchangeable terms

The participation of home school students at King's Academy strengthens and enriches the whole student body and gives home school students opportunities for developing leadership and academic excellence within a school setting.

Part-time Elementary Students may join TTH afternoon “Specials”, which include Art, Music PE, and interactive Science lessons.

Because our junior and senior high classes are on a block schedule (like college), Junior and Senior High home school students may attend classes at King’s on the MWF or TTH schedule or choose classes that meet their academic needs and schedule. Parents are responsible for transportation before and after class.

The King's Academy will maintain grades for junior and high school level classes taken at King’s and will provide transcripts for those grades upon request. Part-time students are not eligible for a King’s Academy diploma.

Home school students are also invited to play on our many athletic teams and do not need to be enrolled in TKA classes.

See "Tuition" for fees.
